Master UnFranchise Owner Program – Terms and Conditions

 

A Master UnFranchise® Owner is a qualified and active UnFranchise Owner (“UFO”) who has made the commitment to master the UnFranchise Business by implementing the established tasks, activities and practices.

  1. Qualifications. To qualify as a Master UnFranchise Owner, a UFO must:

    1. Be active, qualified and activated in accordance with Chapter 8 of the UnFranchise Manual.

    2. Generate a total of 1,500 Business Volume (“BV”) for the respective quarter.

    3. Personally sponsor two (2) qualified UFOs or personally sponsor one (1) qualified UFO who then sponsors another qualified UFO within the quarter.

      1. Personally sponsored UFOs must be enrolled in AutoShip.

      2. New personally sponsored UFOs only count in the quarter that they were sponsored.

      3. Requalifications do not count toward fulfilling this qualification.

      4. Personally sponsoring an UnFranchise Owner who has been inactive for over 270 days but fewer than 1,000 days will count as a personally sponsored UnFranchise Owner toward satisfying the Master UnFranchise Owner criteria.

      5. Personally sponsoring an UnFranchise Owner who has been inactive for more than 1,000 days will count toward satisfying the Master UnFranchise Owner criteria.

      6. Personally sponsored UFOs must be located in their respective home region.

    4. Purchase a minimum of three (3) tickets to the next Market America Worldwide | SHOP.COM International Convention or Leadership School.

      1. All three (3) tickets must be purchased directly from Market America.

    5. Attend or conduct:

      1. One New UnFranchise Owner Training (NUOT) per quarter.

      2. One Basic 5 Training (B5) per quarter.

      3. One Executive Coordinator Certification Training (ECCT) per calendar year.

    6. Be in good standing with Market America’s policies and procedures.

  2. Rewards. When a UFO satisfies all Master UnFranchise Owner qualifications, the UFO will be eligible to:

    1. Receive free shipping on personal purchases, with a minimum $50.00 USD ($70.00 CAD) order, for three (3) months.

    2. Designate a second UFO for volume placement for three (3) months, subject to the downline placement policy.

    3. Ability to place Business Volume (BV) in any Master UnFranchise Owner within your organization.

    4. Receive Corporate Leads.

  3. Additional Terms and Conditions.

    1. All qualification criteria must be satisfied within the calendar quarter.

    2. Market America reserves the right to audit all activities associated with the Master UnFranchise Owner Program and rescind commissions and other rewards if manipulation is discovered. Market America may rescind such commissions by any means, including but not limited to deducting such amounts from future earnings.

    3. The Master UnFranchise Owner Program is subject to all other Market America policies and procedures.

    4. Market America reserves the right to modify or terminate the Master UnFranchise Owner Program at any time without notice at its sole discretion.
